If the billing information provided does not match what is on file with the credit card provider then your order will be held until we can verify that you are the authorized card user. The billing address for your credit card is usually the address that your bill is mailed to.

If you are not completely satisfied with your new purchase for any reason, simply return the item to us for an exchange for a similar item of same value, or refund, within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase of merchandise upon the terms and conditions described in this Return Policy.
To obtain a refund, please include a copy of your receipt of purchase. Items returned without a receipt, can be exchanged for other merchandise. The exchange price will be the lowest sale price within the previous three (3) months. Please note, shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Merchandise for exchange or refund must be freight pre-paid and insured for the full purchase price against loss in transit by a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx and addressed to:

Return shipped Collect on Delivery (C.O.D.) or postage due will not be accepted. Please do not send us items that do not meet these conditions, as we do not issue refund or exchange for non-qualifying items and cannot return the items to you.
Damaged Merchandise: To protect your shipment against damage, all items are shipped insured. Damaged merchandise refers to damages incurred in transit. Always inspect your package(s) immediately upon receipt. A package that appears to be intact from the outside is not always a true indication that the contents are also intact. Inspecting your package also means that you must open it and inspect the merchandise inside. If your item is damaged, please retain the original packaging and contact UPS at 1-800-PICKUPS for inspection. They will notify Fairchild of the damage and a new item will be shipped to you within five (5) days of notification. If the item is no longer available, or out of stock, we will notify you by e-mail to see if you would like to wait or if you would prefer a refund.
If a shipment is delivered to you in a damaged condition it is your responsibility to report this damage to UPS within twenty-four (24) hours of merchandise receipt.
