Damaged Merchandise: To protect your shipment against damage, all items are shipped insured. Damaged merchandise refers to damages incurred in transit. Always inspect your package(s) immediately upon receipt. A package that appears to be intact from the outside is not always a true indication that the contents are also intact. Inspecting your package also means that you must open it and inspect the merchandise inside. If your item is damaged, please retain the original packaging and contact UPS at 1-800-PICKUPS for inspection. They will notify Fairchild of the damage and a new item will be shipped to you within five (5) days of notification.
